3-20-24: Arrived in good condition. See some cracks in the top plate, but camera seems to be working OK. Locks the shutter with it's unloaded.

4-7-24: This roll was my first attempt of saving film and developing money by shooting 2 cameras on one 36 exposure roll of Kentmere ASA 100. At exposure 17 I pull the film fromt the first camera (in this case the Nikon N8008 shown below) and load it into the Minolta Maxxum 7000i starting at exposure 19. It's then developed in Caffenol-C (coffee) for 11 minutes. Extra benefit: I can compare the images of two cameras developed exactly the same way. You can see how much better the segmented metering of the Nikon N8008 is. The lens used was my Nikon 35-70mm, the flash was my Nikon SB-600. Mode was set to Program, meter to segmented. Images not modified. Not impressed with focus at infinity, and I still see white spots, even though I wore a shower cap and gloves while handling film.
